Partnerships with Chin and Rakhine State Government
The institute was being invited by the Chin State and Rakhine State regional government and help the regional government with setting up and running the Chin State Business Institute and Rakhine State Business Institute. Strategy First has developed and run the programmes in Tourism, Entrepreneurships and Small Business Management courses in the region free-of-charged and provide scholarships from the region to attend Bachelor in Business and MBA programmes.

One week intensive free course on improving the employability skills for the fresh university graduates. The structure of the program includes Introduction to Business Organizations, Effective Communications Skills, Job Hunting, CV and Job Interviews, Personal Leadership & Interpersonal Skills, Basic Selling Skills & Customer Service, and Basic Financial Literacy.

The foundation was established in 2017 and it was funded by Strategy First Institute. The main objective of the foundation is to become one of the influential think tanks within the country and help the regional government in developing their regional level development strategies.
